KOLOBRZEG: Det danske landshold skal spille gruppekampe i Ukraine under EM 2012 (EURO 2012). Alligevel har DBU valgt Kolobrzeg i Polen som base.

Den polske kur- og ferieby Kolobrzeg ved Østersøkysten bliver base for det danske landshold under EM 2012.

Polen arrangerer europamesterskaberne i fodbold sammen med Ukraine.

Gruppekampe i Ukraine

Danmark skal spille sine tre indledende gruppekampe i de ukrainske byer Kharkiv og Lviv.

Alligevel har fodlboldforbundet DBU valgt en lokalitet i det nordlige Polen som base.

Fremragende træningsfaciliteter

- Vi har fokuseret på at finde en basecamp, der dels giver os de bedste forberedelsesmuligheder til kampene, og dels giver os den rigtige fornemmelse af at føle os hjemme, forklarer landstræner Morten Olsen.

Han fremhæver et fremragende træningsanlæg og Marine Hotel, hvor spillerne og staben skal bo.

Med fly til kampene

Transporten mellem Kolobrzeg og kampbyerne vil foregå i charterfly fra den nærmeste lufthavn, som ligger i Goleniow en times kørsel fra Kolobrzeg.

I forbindelse med kampene overnatter holdet på hotel i Ukraine.
